What we do

We create long term living solutions for people with disability. Our aim is to empower people with disability and complex needs and their families to attain an independent and sustainable lifestyle that offers an alternative to being forced to live in nursing homes.

Are you eligible?

Not every NDIS participant is eligible for SDA housing. However we have broken it down to help you understand who is eligble and how you can work towards being eligble.

For Professionals

As well as supporting NDIS participants through the SDA, we also work with a wide range of professionals who are working with participants to achieve their goals – including support coordinators, occupational therapists, local coordinators, allied health professionals, investors and developers.
